Our community is governed by a sophisticated four-tier structure:
The ENDU Parent Body: The central assembly for all adult men and women.
Ndi Obilobi (Elders’ Forum): The custodians of wisdom, composed of the eldest men from each clan.
Aladimma Women: An exclusive forum for the wives of the biological sons of Egbelu Nguru.
Egbelu Nguru Youth Association (ENYA): Our energetic leadership pipeline for men and women aged 18 to 45.
 
Meetings
Our primary legislative event is The Conference, held annually on the 27th of December at the Nzeh Ihekoronye Civic Memorial Hall. Other meetings are held on a need to have basis.
